Wilfrid Laurier University (also known as WLU or simply Laurier) is one of the finest and largest public universities Ontario, Canada. It was established in 1911 with the name ‘The Waterloo Lutheran University’ and was later renamed to ‘Wilfrid Laurier University’ in 1973 in the honor of Canada’s seventh Prime Minister ‘Sir Wilfrid Laurier’.

WLU maintains a total of 5 campuses in Canada including two huge campuses in Waterloo and Brantford and three slightly smaller campuses in Toronto, Kitchener and Milton. Specialized in traditional and innovative learning system, Laurier offers more than 100 undergraduate and postgraduate programs through 9 faculties to nearly 20,000 students over 5 campuses.
